  • Mar 2006 – Jun 2009: Team LeaderDevelopment of Native Iranian Fractured Reservoirs Simulator Software;
    • Achievement: Build from scratch and managed a team of 10 reservoir engineers, programmers and mathematicians using modern methodologies.
  • Apr 2005 – Mar 2007: Training Coordinator and Course Designer; RIPI Training Center;
    • Achievement: Implemented short modeling and simulation training course for new recruits — increasing profitability, plus designed Integrated Reservoir Geosciences and Engineering (IRGE) program for the first time.
